You have your point - What do you do next?
Once you receive your quartz point carry it with you as much as possible. Include it in 
everything you do, place it on the soap dish holder as you have a shower in the morning, place it on the dashboard of the car as you drive to work, place it in your pocket as you go about your daily routine finally place it under your pillow as you sleep at night.
Your point will automatically attune to your needs, but, if there is any particular area or task in your life which you would like to concentrate on then you will need to make this clear to the quartz point. One way to do this is to relax, maybe spend some time meditating if you feel comfortable to do this, but, it is not essential. Hold your quartz point in whichever hand feels more comfortable (some people say it must be the left hand, but, I do not find this). Have your question or intention in mind and if you feel comfortable doing so say it out load. Make sure that you are clear of your need, the clearer you can be the more successful the result will be. After doing this keep the quartz close to you in order for you to attune to each other. Remember that although you may need help from your point, it also needs to be looked after, so don't keep it wrapped up all the time, let it see the sunlight whenever possible, and above all keep it safe.
Hold your point whilst you carry out your daily affirmations, tapping and visualisations. Your point will assist you in removing blockages, storing up good experiences, helping you keep on new vibrational levels and perhaps more importantly it will be with you as your best friend at all times, talk to it, hold it, squeeze it, admire it, love it and it will love you back.
You cannot change your past, but, you can influence your future.
Think good things and store then in your quartz point to tap into at any time.
